We pride ourselves on guiding our clients to make the best choices for their budget and overall project based on years of experience in the building industry. Planning your Project
We recognize that your home is your family’s most important investment. Let us make your dream home a reality. We will meet with you as needed in the pre-planning, construction, and post-project phases. Our goal is to get your house completed in a timely fashion. We set a timetable with the client at the beginning of the project.
For the designing stage of your project, you can bring your own plans, or have us supply standard or custom designed house and site plans that meet your needs.
If required, we work with and can suggest area architects or work with your architect in the planning, design, and modifications necessary to satisfy your goals. As part of our project planning, we take care of all engineering and building permits. All necessary sub-contracting is handled by MFerrara Development for a complete turn-key project
As part of the planning phase, we help our clients attain the highest quality materials and labor within their budget. Through years of experience, we can make suggestions to bring you the best at the most reasonable cost.
Communication is Key
Communication with you, our client, is key to a good project experience and satisfied outcome. We are happy to take your calls, and answer emails and texts. Daily on-site visits by Michael Ferrara help guarantee quality workmanship and dealing with issues if they arise. We are willing to take the time to meet with you before, during and even after your building project is complete.
EXPERIENCE
Michael Ferrara got his start in the building business in 1977 in Waterbury Connecticut. Since that time, Michael has had an unending passion for building. In 1993 he expanded his home construction business into Middlebury and other surrounding towns. His custom home business has extended into Southbury, Woodbury, Washington Depot, Bethlehem, Morris and along the Connecticut shoreline including Westbrook, Clinton and Madison. Michael Ferrara lives in the community he builds in – his reputation and integrity are well known. Nick Ferrara, his son, and Chelsea Alfano, his daughter are now involved in MFerrara Development, carrying on the Ferrara quality name. Michael resides in Clinton, CT with his wife.
